GMPTE this week launch their ‘Elf and Safety’ Campaign in around Greater Manchester and have enlisted Manchester’s premier Promotion agency to front the vast activity.

The campaign will focus on the health and safety issues in and around transport hubs and act as a gentle reminder to shoppers and commuters alike to be aware and conscious of the possible hazards around.

The week long activity, in conjunction with GMBOA will see festive Elves and promotion teams visiting fifteen transport locations distributing candy canes and also literature warning of dangers such as wet floors and traffic.

“It’s very easy, especially this time of year when we are all rushing around gathering gifts for loved ones to forget the hazards within places such as bus stations. We intend to keep the promotion fun and festive but at the same time provide a real message to public transport users” Carl Austin, Director OZ Promotions LTD.

Look out for the little Elves in locations including Piccadilly, Ashton u Lyne, Stockport and Wigan, and don’t forget to grab your self a Christmas candy cane from Monday 8^th December.
