Q. How does OZ Promotions select Promotional Team Members?
Unlike most all of the Promotional agencies trading these days, we meet EVERY Team Member who joins our database. Potential Promotional boys and girls have to undertake an interview type process so that we can then gain an idea of the persons personality and strengths and weaknesses.

On regular occasions throughout the year, Team Members are invited into our offices to evaluate their performances and the work they have carried out on behalf of clients. This way we are able to monitor in what areas Team members excel in and what areas they need maybe to improve on.

We thoroughly believe this is the only way we can place the right people with the right clients, a skill our competitors sometimes seem not to master. Afterall how can you give a client a Team Member to represent their company if you have never met them?

Q. How is OZ Promotions different to other promotional companies?
We feel we are unique in several ways, we have a very hands on
approach to all our promotions and will always go to the site to check the set for ourselves as well as having a meeting with the client prior to the activity.

OZ Promotions has an extensive personnel database however we believe that limiting the number of people on the books allows for a more personal relationship between OZ Promotions and Promotional Team Members and provides reliable, consistent Teams with regular work.

Q. Can we meet the Promotional Team Members beforehand?
Yes - we can hold castings for any of our clients to hand pick team members from our selection.

We can also send images of Team Members and Models alike by email etc for those clients too busy to hold a full casting event.

Q. How is the quote worked out?
Each quote is given on an individual basis as clients have very different needs, but we don't hide extras, our fees are for a fully inclusive service.

Q. What experience do your Promotional Team Members have?
All types of experience, most have full time promotional backgrounds, but we also have students and parents who want flexible working hours on our database.
